Would it be a problem to invite outside counsel to my wedding? I wanted to invite 2 attorneys I work in-house with, but there’s 2 outside counsel attorneys I’d feel weird not inviting if I invited the two in-house attorneys. Not sure about the ethics/ politics on that, and this seemed like the best place to ask.
Do you think making things better for all women makes things better for WOC?
Why or why not!

I started a new job at a big law firm 3 months ago (hired as a second year), and at the time, I was told normal workweek is 60 hours, holidays off, etc. Within a week of taking the job, the hours skyrocketed to 90 plus hours per week, with 17 hour days and full weekend work. It also isn't showing signs of letting up. I'm genuinely considering seeking a new position already, because this is taking a toll on my mental and physical health. Any advice on job seeking with only 3 months in?

Signs I’m getting old: I tripped and fell, and somehow partially tore my ACL. Have to figure out if I want surgery, and how to tell the team—at the very least, I’ll need a ton of PT. I’m a first year associate and the only woman on all of my teams, so I’m freaking out about how this is going to reflect on me. I know I’m overthinking this, health comes first, etc…but I’m still so scared to tell people.
