Would anyone happen to have more information about the Investment Center ADFA, Remote Financial Advisor position w/PNC? I am most interested in the base salary/commission structure. I am in a licensed banker role right now and trying to feel out if this would be a good way to work into PNC Investments in lieu of a traditional branch Financial Advisor position. My thought is this could be a decent way to build a foundation of clients and then transition to a branch role.

I would love for you to recommend the next course of action/next steps. What courses do you recommend to a beginner like me, I would appreciate it if any of you could provide an action plan to get into IT mainstream. I hate to quit my job as a software developer without another job lined up but I have my reasons behind it. Ive had panic attacks and bad anxiety within the last few months, hard time sleeping at night, I am not happy and I have frequent headaches. I've also been told some people aren't meant to be engineers, says my manager. I have less than 2 years of experience but I'm wondering what would you do in my situation? Would you leave tech or stay in a similar role? Or take a short break?

I have 2 yoe in .net have 4.8 ctc.
Recently gave interview for TCS, after some days one of the recruiters from tcs called me and said that since i had done only BSC-IT they will deduct 6 mnth of expirence out of the total experience so finally i will left with 1.5 yoe, so for that they were offering 5.5 lpa since.

Is ther any rule one who has odne BSC they will not consider 6 mnth experince, thats the reason they have given to me.
