Hi All, I have completed my technical interview on 6th Dec,2022 and received mail from HR on 7th Dec to upload documents on ibegin portal my status is changed to evaluated yesterday. Hi Fishes, My interview with cs was scheduled by third party agency. Two rounds of interview was conducted and third party has confirmed that I have been selected for the role. But I haven't received any communication from cs yet. How much does cs take to complete all the processes?

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
