Fiancé got sworn in a couple of weeks ago and doesn’t have a job. He is applying to places and has decided that while he’s waiting to get a legal job, he wants a to take up another job. Think: at chipotle, papa John’s, five Guys, etc. I appreciate that he wants to earn money, but part of me feels like there are other kinds of temporary work he could do other than fast food and that he’s not being resourceful.

My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position.
