Final round interview with EY was on Nov 23. Followed up with recruiter on Nov 29 for an update (no response).

Nov 30 received an automated message saying the position was closed/filled, followed up with recruiter to confirm what this meant, recruiter responded that this was sent in error.

Follow up email sent this week with no response.

Is this normal in the EY interview process?

Definitely a possibility, last round being around thanksgiving and so many people taking off in December

So... you are probably the second choice for anposition they offered, and waiting for the top candidate to confirm.

Hi! I am seeking for an advise, anything helps! I applied to Accenture’s entry level analyst program. I applied a few days ago (I know it’s a bit late, but the application is still open thankfully). Yesterday, I joined a resume workshop w/ an Accenture recruiter. She went through my resume and said that I have a strong one! I’ve also set up a coffee chat w/ her next week. Unfortunately, I got an email today from the system, they decided not to move forward :( Should I reach out to her abt this?

We are looking to hire a FTE for systems integration. We are using Mulesoft as an IPAAS. I’m part of the hiring team. The pay is 6 figures it is fully remote, the benefits are insanely good and it can be your second job if you are very good. If you are great, it’s probably 15-20 hours of work per weeks. If you are good enough, I will even cover for you to coordinate with your primary job. DM me if you are interested as I’m tired of the crappy recruiting company we are contracted with.

Maxed out Roth IRA contributions when I wasn't eligible for 2021 (got a salary bump mid year). Do I need to recharacterize? It's a very small account that's been open for only two years. That's the only IRA account I own. Do I need to open a traditional IRA and roll over 6k + realized gains into that account and keep the Roth IRA. So confused how this works and got conflicting information from Merrill.
