First year associate - how much should I spend on rent

Looking to purchase an investment property (condo) in Denver. Anyone has recommendations on the areas that would be good from an investment point of view (cash flow positive)? I love Capitol Hill but I’m not sure what the rents are like there.

If my parents are over 70 years old, can I start their life insurance now so that when they die me and my family are protected financially.

Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. One EVP (not the GC) in particular has been aggressively texting/calling me on fridays. How Do I tactfully respond? My out-of-office email is not enough of a hint...
