First year associate - how much should I spend on rent

Does anyone else irrationally mentally struggle for no reason with buying more stocks of a company you already have even if it likely will continue going up because you don’t want to drive up the “Your Average Cost” number in Robinhood? No? Just me?

Those of you who bought a duplex (tri or quad as well) and lived in one unit while renting out the others: vague question but how much of the mortgage was covered by just the rental unit in terms of percentage?
Currently in early stages of researching with getting a rental and this is one option I’m looking into.

Question on Loans: If you’re taking out all private loans and plan to refinance them post-graduation, is there any reason not to choose the longest repayment plan/lowest monthly payment since it will all be refi’d anyways?

I received an offer from a hospital, I accepted it with the director, signed some paperwork for a background check and sent it back. It has been 3 weeks so far, the person I spoke to said HR should’ve sent me consent forms already, I’ve dug through my email and found nothing, I’ve reached out to HR as well but they won’t speak to me since I am not an employee.
