First year manager (almost 6 years of experience). All the jobs I am applying for is around 6-8 years of experience. Does it matter that I am not necessarily meeting the "years" requirement?

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9.
