Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Bain & Company I received an offer to join Bain & Company for SF office but due to family reasons, I will have to stay in the South Bay. Given Bain’s local staffing model, it will be challenging for me to commute to SF and back. Is it possible to be transferred to the palo alto office/is that office fully functioning or does it mainly serve as a hub for partners and research?

I took a look at the job requirements for my own firm hiring for my level and let me tell you, they exaggerate the hell out of it.
It doesn’t matter... typically it’s to weed people out.
I heard for USAA it does, but other companies probably aren’t as strict.
Please give more insight when you move along the process, thinking about leaving right after the promotion too
Microsoft rejected me before because I didn’t meet the minimum years required. But that’s the worst thing that can happen, so I’d say go for it anyways!
Go for it! Never count yourself out! That’s for doubter and never let other count you out!
They might give you the job and bump down the title but if you are good with the role and money, title isn’t a big deal.
My current industry job requires up to 5 years. My PA was 2.5, but I had other jobs before. And I was told that my resume stood out because of my hard skill and experience at PA. So I don't think years really matter as long as you have good experience. Hope you get it!
