I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.
I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?
Hi fishes,I have around 5.2 yrs of hands on exp in data engg. and able to clear service based companies interviews easily.Now I want to switch to product based companies as I am looking for some good work,good salary but I am not really strong in dsa as it's not part of my daily work.I don't really use trees and graphs as part of my daily work.
How shall I switch to product based companies considering DSA is their 1st round itself.what level of DSA can I expect from companies for data engineer position?

My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

Hello, I recently attended AWS CSA interviews and got a mail this Monday that the feedback was positive and they have decided to move forward. I have sent the details like payslips and offer in hand to HR but did not hear back from them after that. I have followed up but still no reply from the HR. How long does it take usually? Because my LWD is on next Friday (apr 29)

My interviews are getting scheduled weekdays morning and nights :/ barely time to relax and give it properly
I took almost 50 interviews and atlast given 1 and relaxed now🙂

Haha seriously selection rate is not even 10% in my case, seems as if initial screening by HR, Tests is wrong 😅😅

I gave 6 interviews, 4 selected and 2 rejected in technical.
Don't know the reason of rejection, Whose fault is this?

Another incident, One Manager was taking interview in 3rd round, She asked for my expectation, I told, After that she said, They can't offer this much and quoted one figure. I agreed, After that there was a client round. After clearing 4 technical rounds, HR called me, and Offered me more than my expectations with joining bonus, I happily accepted and going to join that Company
So this is how Companies should treat their employees
Good company will never let u take interview in wekends.
