Two other companies want to move me forward in the interview process. I already told one that I’ve received an offer and they are trying to move up an interview with the hiring manager. Within the next 18 mo I will be considered for taking over a nurse management job in the OR. This is a small rural hospital in the Midwest. I joined TCS on October,27th 2021 and I might resign in November first week! Will I get the retention bonus?

My notice period ends in 15th September and I have my two years completion on 9th September.
I wanted to take a break before joining the next organization whose joining is on 16th itself
