I recently got a promotion in my company to work as a Junior CSR in Commercial Lines but I also got a job offer elsewhere to work in the entertainment insurance industry as an Associate. I got the RIBO license in January. The job offer pays more than my promotion but once I told my manager I had this offer she said they are willing to match that offer, however I wouldn’t see an increase in salary for a while. I don’t know what to do because both jobs sound really interesting. Any advice?

Hey guys! I recently had a phone screen interview with Amazon for a Tech-PM and non-Tech PM roles. Amazon would like to move me forward with the non-tech PM role. Is this a good career path? They way they explained the difference is that Non-Tech PM works closer with the the business whereas the Tech-PM works closer with the back-end engineers and all of the operations to push a product into production.

1) How much of hike percentage should I quote during my conversation with HR
