I attended for a round of interview with Microsoft and right after the interview (1 hour later) I recieved a call from recruiter which I didn't notice, so couldn't pick.

Now, recruiter is not picking my call or calling back. What should I infer from this? Was it call to reject or otherwise?
Please advice

Interview for a Data Analytics consultant role and have been told there will be white-boarding exercises. How would you prepare for this? I’m guessing it will mostly be SQL but don’t want to assume.

How would you structure this resume?

Student startups & non-CS undergrad ->
masters in analytics & related part-time work ->
3 yoe DS in tier 2 tech company ops, accidental tech lead ->
burnt out/bored, quit, was lazy doing part time CS prereq classes for a year ->
breadth oriented masters in CS (finishing in spring)

Targeting PM roles cause people work comes easy to me (vs applied science/MLE coding) and ops cost center budgets suck. Doing formal CS just cause wanted to learn, fill in gaps.

Are there any recruiters that y'all recommend for lateralling in Dallas? I'm a junior associate in L&E if it makes a difference.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews.
