Which In your openion is the most stressful areas to work in big 4?

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Anything I might have missed?

Anyone heard good things about CFGI? I’ve heard their comp structure is gimmicky with overtime pay. But if I could make the same base there as I do in big 4 with the chance of some overtime pay is it worth it to give it a shot?

I need advice , 2YOE big 4 audit . My dream job is forensic investigation /intelligence /litigation. Current location is USA and I will be moving to Canada next year fall. I don’t want to work in audit when I get there. This busy season has really stressed me out. Should I stick it out for this last year or get a job in forensic field now . I am getting a little impatient with a recruiter who feels like she has been ghosting me. I need to make another decision with a company by tomorrow but have not heard back from this other company since I’ve interviewed last Monday. The Current scenario of high attrition rates and job shift by taking multiple offers has been caused by a resource crunch in the market. However I have a feeling that this particular scenario of shifting jobs by way of multiple offers and getting high salary is creating a bubble in the market which will burst causing a ripple effect of lay offs due to cost saving efforts by organisations in the near future. In a scenario like this how can one change the job by avoiding the bubble?

How's the job security at Accenture as such? I know that last year, they sacked people ruthlessly and now are facing a resource crunch. Also that they mandatorily place poor performers in PIP.

But how is it in general? Should I perform as per expectation, can I be relaxed about the job security aspect or do you always need to be on your toes?

Are all big 4s in India the same? Moved from US to India and the work in one of the Big4s for consulting is so bad!! Unstructured, lack of traction, superficial work done.. 🙄🙄 how does any work get done? The project didn’t achieve targets last yr and they’re still making same mistakes this year..🤦‍♂️

Hello fishes, recently I have received the job offers from Akamai & Nasdaq with kind of equivalent pay. I've an experience of 2.7 yrs in Java Backend. In Nasdaq, I feel the project is slightly on better side and also domain driven in comparison of Akamai. The only thing that is troubling me is 90 days notice policy in Nasdaq. Just want to check if it's a bad thing or would it still be worthy against the project & domain.
