I have approx. 39k in investments

52% is VOO & VTI
20.5% is individual stocks of MSFT, TSLA, Nike, Disney, and Delta
16% in QQQ
7% in VXUS
4.5% in other smaller ETFs like VYM, GLD, etc.

One, what's your thoughts on this? Two, let's assume, I consistently put in 3k a month. How should I continue to invest/diversify?

PS I also have approx. 25k in a HYSA because I'm thinking I'll buy a house in a couple of years. Considering that, should I keep more money in the HYSA?

I have a question on 401k loans. How is the principal repayment reinvested? Monthly? When the loan is fully paid? Do they cash out that portion of my investments or just use then as collateral?

I’d like some independent views please, on a financial decision my wife and I are about to make. We’re looking to buy our first/dream home and the property is valued at $1.25m. We have savings of $250k and our HHI is c$350k, with no debt. We will probably exhaust our savings on the deposit and closing costs. A $1m with mortgage at 6% with property taxes is c$8k/month.
