Hi Everyone, I completed all interview rounds at pwc Bangalore. HR said they will roll out the offer same day, already it's been 4 workings days since, still no sign of offer letter, although final HR round with compensation was completed and agreed. I called again yesterday, same reply that will get offer today, still no offer letter yet. I am also wondering, will I even get the letter or the HR just wants to delay intentionally.

Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed). Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
