Highly depends on level, group, company goals, etc. You're comparing 🍎s to 🍊s
@ATK1- Wow 30-50% bonus for manager
Maybe for your 3 rating.
25 or 30 at PwC, although I don't think anyone actually gets that top band. I know it's 20% for seniors is max... I'm hoping for 10-15 and I'll be happy
Somewhere in the 60s. Generally Associates 20-30%, Managers 30-50%
50% at atk. Or actually 48%. Never got 50
@M2 what's the base salary range of Manager at ATk?
40%
160-180
That's a lie, as an SC I have up to a 24% bonus. You must be in audit.
*25%
What's a lie?!
D1 I think you're wrong...I'm looking right this moment and it says bonus range for consulting M is 0-23%.
D2- it's 0-24% for M
OP, that sounds right, last year it was 25 for a 1 since we were above plan. I still don't know what D1 is talking about saying 25% max for SC, and being an ass about it.
@D2- SC is 0-18%. D1 must be a top performer to get $24%
Where can I check this figure? Is it DeloitteNet? ToD?
OP, still trying to figure out where D1 gets 24% for an SC tho...D3, it's under my income and on the statement you got last September. It's just the bonus range tho, not specific by rating.
Either he is super top performer or faking I know a guy got 120% bonus coz he saved a big dying project on his own
@d3 I'm federal and have been around less than a year, so that may be why I'm not sure what you're talking about.
