1. Login to Success Factor
2. Go to HR Zone
3. Click on Document Center
4. Go to Overview Tab
5. Click on 3 Dots and select Create Document
6. Set date as April 30th Click on Proceed
7. Select Compensation Statement and click on Create
8. In compensation Statement Choice dropdown select India Combined Variable Pay statement and then click on Create.
9. Here you will get GDP and PA both in one Doc.

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ?
