Follow up on my case study for M&A

I have an offer from BDO M&A, I interviewed with KPMG with two directors and one partner followed with a case study that I posted about last week.

I haven't heard from KPMG yet, however, I was wondering if I could send them a nudge and perhaps somehow leverage the offer from BDO.
Any advice is appreciated.
