Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Do you bro, the important folks don’t care
I always recommend against bringing a bear to a job interview. Sends the wrong message
😂😂
Keep it well groomed, in the interview process and of course once you join. Beards had become a very normal even prior to COVID in my opinion
It's totally cool to have one, but always maintain your bear.
Had a 60+ partner who was insistent on professionalism grow one a few years ago, which is when I felt it went fully mainstream. Have one myself, never had any issues
I would say wear a look that makes you more attractive. Being attractive always helps in an interview whether you believe it or not
If someone won’t hire me with a beard then they did me a favor.
I always thought it was inappropriate and then said f it and grew it out. People actually liked it. Just have to maintain it regularly
Do what you like man. I’ve been doing stubble for a year or two now, and that’s not a problem either.
Just look well put together and even that is fine. My head is always shaved (just with clippers) and my clothes are all tailored so stubble looks like an intentional choice and not just “I forgot to shave for a day or two.”
Recent hire:
I keep mine in decently groomed shape. It has no effect on my interviews or initial Zoom meetings for trainings and joining my teams. My only concern is when travel and in person meetings with the client resume - one of them is so "old fashioned".
If it's a problem, then that's their problem.
Being your own beard and be amazed by the plethora of stylish glasses you will encounter
Yeah no one cares, just keep it presentable and look client ready and you’re good
