For fed consultants in the DC area who aren’t working in a SCIF or on TS/SCI clearances or cleared work—are most of you still largely working remote? Curious what the current return-to-office reality looks like across firms for unclassified engagements. Are clients pushing people back on-site, or is hybrid/remote still the norm for non-cleared work?

I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?
