What will be the in-hand for this offer?

I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

I have 3 yoe in Test automation. Now I want to learn API automation along with UI. I have got offers from Citiustech Healthcare Technologies 15LPA and Fission Labs 15 LPA and Genpact 16.5 LPA. Which company should I choose so that I can switch to a product based company after 2 years with total 5 yoe?

Happens in yearly performance reviews. These kinds of large corporations usually stick with a standard 3.5% raise if your work has been adequate.

there are separate periods where each is addressed, Bonuses are discussed after year end reviews with management, typical is 3% as high as 7% if excellent performer. Promotions or out of cycle compensation (raises) are submitted by your functional manager to HR, where they are promptly denied. unless you meet YOE requirements HR will not allow you to be promoted. if your manager puts you in for an out of cycle pay raise for excellent performance, HR will conduct a " pay evaluation" and determine you to be in line with your peers, and deny it, unless you have directors or VPs vouching for you on it. Functional management is almost powerless to give promotions or raises. YOE rules all
