I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

If we are honest, we've never been on any "great place to work" list. Everyone knows these things are tracked, and honesty often leads to being targeted instead of actual improvement. BAD leaders, Managers and above.. what they will do there work are just measured by pulse survey results and nothing else.
Worst thing about pulse survey is AD knows who given bad rating to them. They map you to different locations if same band with different managers. Worst thing about pulse survey HR Team please remove showing band
Don’t do it. They can easily filter feedback by region and band to track down.
