Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

I don’t know much about a Cap One, but I do know a lot of JPM. It is a great firm to work for, and having that name on your resume will help more down the road, imo.
Yeah that's what I'm thinking also
I hear really good things about both. I have friends at each place and they all have nothing but good things to say. Personally I would go for Capital One.
I think JPMC has a bigger name, huge investment bank. I'm leaning towards them, but i hear only good things about Cap1
JPMC, for sure. It is great in terms of pay, benefits, and bonuses. Work could be demanding but still manageable.
What level? JP typically will pay better outside of entry level roles. Cap1 will typically have better WLB and culture. Upward mobility I can’t speak to
No. I have an unusual (not corp strat but still technically strategy) role at a different, smaller bank. However I have many coworkers from Cap1 strat/BA and I myself came from JP (was not in the strategy org but worked with them on strategy projects as a business analyst for a year) . My level is equivalent to JPMC Senior associate or Cap1 Manager.
