Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Def no A heading if you only have one argument. That would be silly.
If it’s a state level judge, you’re already making a bold assumption that they’re even literate….
Haha so true
When this occurs and the issue truly is limited to a single Argument for which there is no reasonable sub-arguments (this is rare), the intention will be to billboard this as a simple issue, keep the briefing far short of the page limits, with a typical table of contents like this:
1. Preliminary Statement or Summary of Argument, depending on what the Courts in your jurisdiction prefer or require.
2. Factual/ Procedural Background or Statement of Facts
3. Legal Standard
4. “The Court [Should/Must] [the single delineated thing you are motioning the Court to do]”
3. Conclusion
You are essentially subbing in a summary of your “ask” to the Court in place of the heading typically entitled “Argument.”
Considered this! But there’s sub arguments, so I’ll forego the single A heading and break it out into the sub arguments
No A if there’s no B, sorry. Can you separate out a second minor idea for the end, maybe?
Wouldn’t put A with the overarching argument, but I would probably put A, B, and C with a sentence of a sub argument in each. If it’s so short that you really only have one argument, no heading at all.
Totally hear that, which is why the subheadings work well here
No.
