I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Product Management at a large bank vs Business Analytics/S&O for FAANG? Recently started in the former role, but have interview calls for the latter just come up in my mailbox. Similar comp when adjusted for the different job locations. Can anyone help me with the Pros and Cons please. They’d bring you in at Solution Principal or Principal Consultant (more client sales focused).
Salary and bonus would be pretty lateral for you but varies based on location.
My god this is low. I’m an SC with 4 years exp, no MBA and my base is 168 with ~30k bonus.
You should jump or ask for a bump.
Weird flex without additional details - for all you know OP is in KC and you’re in NYC...
OP, don’t.
NO! Please don’t. Better move to big4 if travel is not an issue. Even if travel is an issue join industry.
Really depends on if you’re paid at market value for your skill set in your geo or not. I’ve got several SPs in my practice making much more than that. You should expect more or less a lateral move in terms of base, but you can negotiate a richer bonus. No travel and fairly good WLB are worth it in my opinion...
A slight salary improvement from 165K. Holy shit, I’m moving to Minneapolis. Y’all pay well.
Following, interested. I heard that Slalom was very “flat” (lots of consultants not many managers or above)
I agree with SP1. That salary will be tough to match if you’re not in a Tier 1 city. Our bonuses are also not that high. I’ve got 8 years of consulting (5 at slalom) and I make 122K at a tier 2/3 city, fwiw
Tier 2 or 3
thanks all - waiting to hear back what Slalom offers this week. As background, I'm in Accenture Consulting (not strategy) and I do have my MBA. I would be expecting to keep my base or growth of ~15%. I'm fine if I take a hit in bonus for better WLB - travel I don't care.
What role are you applying for? I think that base is matchable if you’re entering high enough.
