I'm at Accenture Consulting, Manager (4th year), 8 yrs of consulting exp., currently $165k + ~30k of bonuses this last yr.

Which one to choose

Wipro - 17 LPA, HYDERABAD
TCS- 13LPA, Noida
Technology- O365 and mobility
YOE- 7.5

Current location is Delhi

Was told by a recruiter that 100k was too much to ask for with 2 YOE in consulting. Thoughts?

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

Thought - In the Georgia runoff elections, the best use of Democrat money would be to run ads which seem to have a conservative bent and play up the election fraud conspiracies, claiming the election system is broken and can’t be trusted.
