For those of you looking for new jobs, how do you feel about AI's role in the process? I can't even get a call back from a recruiter, never mind a real interview. Not sure if AI is to blame, but I can't imagine that applying to fewer jobs is the solution.

Has anybody approached the job search process by rounding up a list of dream companies rather than certain roles? Would love to hear some input.

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

I have been working in healthcare clinics and health techs for a few years now. I’m an independent consultant. Bust, a friend of mine referred me to a big bank job. The role is of data governance manager. What should I know for the interview, or how can I prepare for it? Any thoughts? They told me I don’t need financial background. Data is data, but they wanted to know metadata management and how do I build frameworks/implement enterprise systems.

Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig? I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management.
