Before work is the way to go. The 5:00 PM crowd at LA Fitness is brutal, and I don't have the energy for a workout after a full day at work. Don't have much energy for it at 5 AM either, but mystery chemical-filled preworkout helps with that.

I respect the commitment 😂 5 AM is no joke.
I've tried to get into a gym routine over the years and have never found a way to make it work for me. The early morning thing seemed to work best, but getting up and motivated was always a problem. Going in the evening was horrendous, it was like being in gym class again. These days I'm content to get my exercise taking walks, and I just use the gym benefit sporadically. Maybe I'll get a routine to stick eventually.

Totally, the early morning plan sounds great until the alarm actually goes off, and evening gyms can feel like total chaos. Honestly, if walks are what you can stick to, that’s a win!

I’ve been working out before work for years! I find that I’m most consistent working out in the mornings because even though waking up early is hard… working out after work was even harder for me. I don’t workout everyday though I do 3 morning workouts to give myself slower mornings to sleep in as well.

I like the idea of 3 solid morning workouts but still giving yourself a couple slower mornings to sleep in. I might start with 1 or 2 mornings and see how it goes.

A work gym would be so nice!

That’s one of the very few perks we get from work lol.
