For those of you that have passed all 3 levels and fulfilled all the requirements to be rewarded the designation, has it helped you in your careers? I’ve worked in wealth management for over a decade, have my CFP, and just got my MBA, but was thinking of getting the CFA also. Worth it?

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

There are so many major issues in this company that I don’t know if I want to subject my mental health to this degree of toxicity. I just don’t know how to move forward from here.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
