For those of you that have passed all 3 levels and fulfilled all the requirements to be rewarded the designation, has it helped you in your careers? I’ve worked in wealth management for over a decade, have my CFP, and just got my MBA, but was thinking of getting the CFA also. Worth it?

I am a Business Analyst. I have 10 years of working experience in India. In May 2022 I will complete MSc Business Analytics from Maynooth university.
In the past I have lead a team of analyst performing multiple activities like sales analytics, web analytics on Google analytics, I have also worked as a scrum master in certain projects
I have worked with tools like tableau, power BI and now alteryx any suggestions for the job role I should look forward to?

Do T2 consulting firms (think Kearney, OW) and MBB hire experienced professionals WITHOUT MBA (I.e., is a prestigious MBA mandatory in the region?). I already have a post-MBA position

Any thoughts on threat intelligence certs? Which ones are most worth the effort?

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

What certifications are good for technical project manager? I was thinking to start with PSM and PSPO and then move to ITIL, ITSM. Not sure about this though. Not planning to do PMP as I think it’s more waterfall focused. Was also thinking about AWS. Any other certifications recommended?

Any book recs on how to improve soft skills (ex. Communication, leadership, etc)? Doesn’t beat real life practice of course but would be a good starting point. Thanks!

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
