[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
Thoughts on offshore firms?

Hi I didn’t get accepted in my first round. In fact I didn’t even get an interview with any MBB first round. I did one case every week for a year before re applying with a referral from a friend of a friend who has a similar practice area background as my work experience (education). No fancy classes, but I did find a group of 5 excellent case study partners who were great with feedback. I also read through the free material at rocket blocks and crafting cases. None of this totaled to more than 2 hours per week. I felt super confident for the case itself but felt lacking in the bio bit, as I’m not a traditional hire.
Thank you for your insight. I really appreciate it!
I’m new to business consulting but have been in sales for years. I’m going through the practice case studies and material given to me by my recruiter in prep for my first round interview on May 6th. It’s like speaking another language at this point and was just wondering when it will get a little less intimidating
Thanks for the reply. This has helped me a lot! I have my first round in May and was just wondering what to expect. I do have to do the behavioral and the online case study and if I make it to the next round, it will be a few in person case studies.
