For those who are married, do both of you participate in managing your rentals or do one of you (those who don’t use property management)? I was getting overwhelmed with it and asked my wife to help, but she’s very lazy about responding to requests or reviewing any apps and I end up just doing it all. I want to have her manage at least one fully so we can work to expand but she just doesn’t care. I get that maybe property management just might be the best when growing your portfolio?
