For those who book business class via points, since the redemption is only one-way, how do you figure out the other flight? Finding award availability is difficult enough, but finding it twice (potentially for multiple people) is a bit much.

I don't mind flying economy one-way, but the problem is that one-way cash prices are very inflated compared to round trip.
