Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

During undergrad, I admitted to academic dishonesty for a class and received a 2 term suspension. I used those 2 terms to do 2 more internships than most people would and graduated on time since...

I work in deals and am frankly frustrated that those with 9-5s can get better GMAT scores with their schedules while I have to work around an unpredictable schedule at 80 hrs/week.
