For those who got an interview from Wharton, did you use an admission consultant? Was it a game changer?

Interview questions with a PM?
I'm currently interviewing for senior software engineer and have a couple interviews with PMs (culture fit, etc).
I've had some rocky relationships with PMs.
As a PM, what would you like an engineer to ask you?
As an engineer, what would you ask a PM to understand how the work with engineers, what they prioritize, if they throw engineers under the bus, etc?
I've also had many experiences with great PMs.

It has been a bit tough to get an offer for an internship for this Summer 2023. Could someone please give me some tips on how to get more interviews set up?

What is so specific about Purdue University? I see a sky high number of desi Linkedin updates with this university. Does it have very good courses or is it more economical something else?

I have cleared all the round in pwc interview now hr is telling we cant hire you are bca graduate and have completed mca as distance. iam having 4 yrs exp. Is it like this type of norms in pwc?

If salary is not on here or Glassdoor or Salary, what’s a good way to gauge an estimate of the worth so I don’t waste my time? Getting back on the job hunt. I have a hard time knowing how much certain jobs are worth from descriptions and if I’m in the right ballpark for salary. I’ve turned down a couple interview requests bc I would tell them my range. I’ve also spent time on several jobs where the description didn’t match the value. They ended up being 20% less than others in the industry.

I did an initial interview with a firm Thursday morning. They asked for references and I provided them the following day along with my thank you note. In past experiences, I would have heard something by now unless they were not interested at all. Am I wrong to just write this one off?

Interviewed on 10/13, had a follow up with HM on 10/15 who said they’d be making their decision “end of next week”. Haven’t heard anything still. Do I follow up (politely) or wait?

Looks like nowadays no interview calls no mails. I have one more week left in my LWD but I am not getting single call from anyone.

Are you all facing the same situation as me.

I am currently employed with KPMG India and have interviewed recently for Deloitte UK as well as Deloitte India at the same time (Awaiting offer letters from both).

Is it possible they would know internally that I interviewed for both positions in different countries?

I have been trying for this company for more than 2 years now but not even a single interview was scheduled. Worse part is if the profile is already in the system, it doesnot consider it for other jobs. I can see a lot of postings in job site but cannot apply in those.

I’m a LCSW, have been working in mental health for 10 years, and have a job that enables HRSA to pay off my student loans. I really want to go back to medical school to be a psychiatrist. I’d like to pay my student loans off before taking on more debt but worry I will be way too old to go back since I already feel way too old at 38 to do it. Has anyone over the age of 35 gone back to med school? What were your challenges? Was it worth it?

How do I avoid giving up my desired salary first? Tired of recruiters asking me what my salary expectations are without offering the salary range for the position first. My salary expectations are based on a multiple factors. In some instances I am willing to take a lower salary, but I don’t want them to know that. I m caught into an situation i have resigned in Accenture.
Than too project people have onboarded me on the project making me to work for notice period.
No hand holding by others in the project.
Literally i m not able to understand the project as this is new technology with no prior experience and no one to guide me, as the person who position inwill be replacing have resigned and not in a mood to transition me.
Even TL says ask teams mates.
