Anybody work for Reliant Rehab? We’re in the mid-Atlantic region and our COTAs were told Friday they are getting 9% pay cuts. I’m fairly new with Reliant and I can’t help but feel deflated that this is how employees are treated given the environment. I heard 4% pay cuts last year too. Is this happening in other rehabs?

I have been offered and already accepted the offer but in the offer letter there was no clause for my relocation however as i am an out station candidate i got confirmation from HR that i will be eligible for relocation and she will revise the offer with the relocation amount. Some of us drivers in the company we work for are striking starting next Monday. We found out our employer has been paying different wages to everyone, but also some drivers haven't been paid in months and our employer just says "oh I wired you the money, not sure what happened". This is insane!
