Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY
Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

The number will always change. When I was making $100k, $150k was it. When I was at $150k, $200k was the number.
I’m at $300k now and things are good but life with kids and daycare and etc really do take a chunk out so now the number is $400k.
250 propane 250 electric 175 cable/internet and 40 trash
$500k. That would be 70% of the profit margin I bring in off my total managed revenue, let’s the company keep 30%. Feels fair to me
If I was independent I would take 100%
150k. I’d feel like the work I put in to be competent for this role, was recognized.
I’m fairly new to IT, so 80k?
the same compensation as my fellow peers. IYKYK
400k
450k
200K. I make 105K now working 80 hours a week in consulting with 7 years of cyber experience. I feel way underpaid.
300k LCOL
350K
200k
200k total comp - make 150k tc this year
Also with the caveat that I get a raise each year of inflation + a few percent depending on performance
I would like to be paid what my skills and experience bring rather than someone saying your jot worth it as you dont have cissp - i know i dont think its a good benchmark anymore as people study to pass the exam and fog the experience rather than being good at any one the aspects eg cissp people having no clue about risk management outside of the text book
