Penn or draftkings?
Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Don't stop them from finding bigger and better things. You can follow them later!
If you really cared about him, you'd let him go...
Match the raise ?
Find out why they're interviewing.
Are you a staff or a manager?
And did you find out they were leaving directly from them? If you heard it through the grapevine then it would be weird. Sometimes people need to move on to be happy
Let'em take the decision ... Whatever makes him/her happy...
Unfortunately I'm not a partner so I can't match anything. And is it ok just to go up and ask them without it making them too uncomfortable?
Just curious, how did you find out?
I found out through the grapevine she was interviewing. I'm a a manger on a couple of her smaller projects.
There is nothing wrong with interviewing and that doesn't always lead to leaving the firm. Find out why she is interviewing, see if there is anything you can do to help (e.g., actively help to get her on the types of jobs she wants to be on) and then give her the spiel on how there are better opportunities once you make manager.
Have a conversation about the pros of staying while also understanding their interest in leaving. Be a sales person. Tell them the convo is in confidence and that will hopefully make it easier for them to open up.
