When you get hit with the “you clearly possess the technical skills for the job, but we couldn’t get a read on who you are as a person. I had great convos with everyone revolving fit and culture questions, but wasn’t great on one question of “what 3 words would your friends describe with?” Ugh, feel like I just fumbled on the 1 yard line. 😒

Sometimes in my spare time (weekends), I calculate the exact number and routes of flights I need to reach platinum status.

I just accepted an offer at another big4 and I feel so blessed to be making $130k in LOCL as a 23 year old with less than 1.25 YOE. And I find it funny that I'm gonna be "senior" consultant/associate at my age and YOE. I don't know jack shit, and will completely understand if my clients/senior peers don't give me any respect at all. Thank you covid and the great resignation for this wonderous and hilarious opportunity.
