I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. Working for a tech company

A few of my coworkers got redeployment. Basically they were told to find a new job within the company or look elsewhere. Fortunately, I wasn't selected but we all work alongside each other everyday.
