I got this role after interviewing for one below (purchasing assistant) the salary for that role was 21-24K. I was already on 24K so they offered me the same salary - however, the buyer role came up and they offered me this instead but same salary -24K. I’m getting great experience, several big newsworthy cases, lots of depositions, lots of legal writing...

And I absolutely hate it. The hours are miserable. I just want a 9-5. My ambition has been sapped away.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

I received 1st month's salary in new organization, but didn't receive pf text message on phone.

As per my information, as I joined new company, a new pf account will be created and pf amount will be added to that account every month. But, I didn't receive any message. So, I am unsure if new account has been created or not.

Also, I need to transfer pf from previous employer to new employer.

But, I am unaware of the process.
