I have 2 phone interviews tomorrow and am dreading the usual question about salary expectations. How do you answer it? I don’t want to undervalue myself or rule myself out!
I found out this week during an exit interview that a senior male ex colleague had been regularly sexually inappropriate, physically and verbally for over a year to this individual.
Does KPMG really pay less than the other Big 4 firms? Or does it come down to negotiating and experience?
I just started consulting and hate the type of work I’m doing. How can I switch to another role within the company?

Question. My younger brother is applying to a Top 5 business school. They contacted him a few days ago to provide his full work history (he had submitted a one pager with only his last two jobs) because they were evaluating his application. Since I am in consulting, he asked me if that was a good sign because he hasn’t received a rejection. I told him that not at all. That it was SOP and it’s been a few days. But I am older and disconnected from the college app world. I figured I’d ask here
Hi! I have two offers and I’m not sure what to do. One is with a small firm that serves as outside counsel to medical practices (leasing, employment issues and acquisitions are primary work load) and the other is in-house for a pharmaceutical company (managing outside counsel, vendor contracts, privacy). The firm pays much better (1800 hours, flexible wfh) but I feel like the experience in house would go further in becoming a GC down the road. Please help!
What are the best investment books or authors for beginners? What are the best podcasts, YouTube channels or bloggers to follow? What are your favorite stock trading platforms? And if you finally have six figures cash ready to invest, what's the best place to start? Which broker / financial advisor would you recommend? This is only for 3-5 years to ultimately buy a decent home for my family. I'm clearly a dummy so any help is greatly appreciated.

I have 10+ years of experience Agency side, but looking to move Client side with remote work. I've applied for a number of roles either directly on Client sites or via LinkedIn, but haven't even received anything other than a straight rejection at the first stage. Wondering if anyone has experienced similar and overcome it/any tips. My resume has a number of large Agencies and global clients on it, with (IMO at least) some nice success stories, but wondering if I'm missing something obvious.
Best practices on how to turn down a project without burning bridges? Had several project meetings with SMs trying to staff me (currently on bench), all long term so can’t do multiple. How do i break the news to the other Seniors while leaving the door open for future ops (enjoyed all the conversations)?
