Why Accenture Strategy offers better salary than Big4 companies?

Even Big4s are charging their clients premium rates. Does Accenture Strategy charges even higher? Why can't Big4s compete with Accenture Strategy in terms of salary?

Is anyone here in KPMG’s CRM Risk practice? If so do you know if they are still hiring??

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?
