Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

Hi All, I was approached by a recruiter to interview for a manager role at Strategy& based out of Toronto. He mentioned the base pay range for a new M will be CAD 145-155k.
Can someone please share:

2: Is the base pay in line?

If you’re sick of implementation, have you considered getting more into the sales side of enterprise software? You know the tool so it would be a logical move unless you are dead set on getting away from SAP
Solid input! Personally more curious about non SAP product related career paths I could easily move too. I have considered SAP sales but my friends and colleagues there have painted such a “feast or famine/target on your back” picture of sales and the WLB won’t be near as enjoyable as what I have now. So that’s kind of put me off towards SAP sales specifically at least. But who knows maybe in the future at some point.
Appreciate any advice anyone has on ideas of where I could pivot out of SAP!
Check out other tech companies such as Google, Amazon, Meta or make a pivot to Work Day or ServiceNow.
You don’t need years of experience IMO. You can work in a product management role for example. The product itself is not too difficult to learn usually.
