Does anyone pursuing FIRE actually like their current job? Trying to get a grasp of how much of the FIRE movement is driven by escapism from unfulfilling work.

He has a bachelors in science (chemistry maybe?) from H/Y/P and after undergrad he took a less traditional route and was working as an instructor for things like tennis, piano, snowboarding, etc..
