Hi Fishes,
I recently got an offer for Cyber security advisory at PwC India . They gave a 20% hike on the current amount. Thing is that l, the technical interview told me that it is not a software/coding type of position and asked me multiple times if I was interested to do that. Is that a red flag?
Has anyone ever had their salary reduced?

Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Hi everyone! Anyone in PwC’s Value Creation able to help and discuss qualifications required? I’m looking for a role in which I can use my Ops and manufacturing background for topics such as supply chain, cost reduction, performance improvement and Six Sigma to help increase value. I’m looking at the experienced associate level - could anyone refer if there is a match and or need? Also, is this Advisory or Strategy&? Thank you all! PwC

Say $1M…
These games recruiters play are outrageous. Your expectations have nothing to do with what the job pays.
With 6 YOE, assuming they are relevant experience, you should ask for senior 3 at 130k+ and 10k sign-on. This is the range for FSO tech consulting. Personally I would ask for 140k.
You could do $130k , above that is usually Manager’s pay (without MBA)
I would say $120k is realistic anything above that would be towards higher end of the band I think. Most new managers are around $125-$135k in my experience. Source: I’m in FSO
I’m NYC based FSO Senior 3 campus hire right now at 118k, considered as top of the pay band. Probably 125k is a realistic salary in your case.

I was at 125 in DnA as a Senior 3 several years ago. Was an experienced hire as a Senior 1.
Location, YOE, team?
Edited my original post to include this information
Did you get a verbal offer already? Or are you waiting to provide a comp grid to eventually get a written offer?
I got confirmation today over call that they are extending me an offer. I tried to probe about the level (SC1, SC2, SC3) and comp (asked for ballpark range atleast) and the recruiter said why don't I send him the info required and he'll try to get the compensation team as close to it as possible. 🤷🏻♂️
160 is Maximum
What location??
I think that's in range for FSO. Maybe you can get a little higher. But a few friend recently got offer and they did get a sign on. So that's a quick 5k-10k on the table that you can gain.
Fso actually pays lower but go in at 140 k if you are going as a SC 2-3

This is false, EY2. FSO pays well in legacy PI and in technology consulting. Legacy Risk gets paid poorly, though.

Ask S3 for $135, they will come back with $115-120, say that’s too low, they will come back with $125. May be a little different now due to how heavily we are hiring.
Thanks for your responses everyone. Much appreciated.
