Pressure is probably from baby getting bigger and pressing down, but def ask your doctor if it becomes really uncomfortable. I exercised up until a week before I went into labor with both my sons (but I’m a weirdo. Working out was one of the only things that kept me sane). Good luck!
I had this with both, I want to say it’s normal but of course check. For me, I did relaxing baths and that was a savior in the last few weeks. Also, heating pads/blankets on my legs/pelvis region.
When I was heavily pregnant I used to go to a lovely very gentle prenatal yoga class where we did great hip and thigh stretches - felt so good! (And the rest at the end with a bunch of bolsters was amazing in and of itself)
In the age of COVID maybe see if you can find a place doing zoom classes or one-on-one instructions? Generally my midwife’s opinion was that exercise was great as long as you stayed super hydrated and didn’t over do it, but definitely consult your doctor if you’re concerned.
I'm in my 8th month right now too! Yoga poses like pigeon and child's pose have helped, plus walking more during the day and not sitting so much. Honestly I feel like pregnancy at this point is supposed to be uncomfortable so when it's time for labor, we couldn't care less about the pain. Just get this baby OUT!
Is it pain like period cramps? That could just be Braxton-Hicks contractions. Totally normal. Don’t stop working out, it makes labor and recovery so much easier.
Or it could be round ligament pain. I felt this worsen some days that I worked out harder than usual. I just took it easy the next couple of days and It went back to being the normal dull pain from before.
