Getting into consulting (MBB) seems easier than getting a choice position in industry (e.g. Corporate strategy director).

Just got offered a position at PrimeSource Building Products. I will have to relocate if I take the job. Does anybody have any advice for relocating or PrimeSource?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up.
