Going in for some paid social manager interviews this week. Can anyone share some manager level questions they’ve been asked or have asked?

For those who have gone through Mck First Round/Final Round - could you talk about how the interview took place? I am a bit worried as it might be hard to connect with the interviewer when the process is not in-person. Did you have a phone call or a Zoom call with video, and did it feel awkward? what do recruiters actually do? and why does it take them so long to respond?

I accepted an offer from another consulting firm and my H1B visa has also been transferred. I have not joined the new role yet. However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer? If I accept the second offer does this raise any red flags with USCIS as they potentially see 2 almost consecutive visa transfer requests?

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.

Are interview case studies difficult? Is it done live or is it take-home? What should I expect in terms of content/questions, duration, difficulty?

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. I’m on the fence about emailing my recruiter and explaining the circumstances/asking for a retest. Have anyone taken Growth school design workshops? Are they even relevant?
I know they might be teaching all proper UX but in reality companies doesn't follow.
There is no scope for doing research. And it is only a handful of product company that has a design team, rest places doesn't even understand what actual Design is. But being in this field, not everyone will get a chance to work with top design driven companies
