Going into the new years just curious to set some financial benchmarks for me and my wife. What is the retirement number, current and retirement age and current gross household income for different folks living in GTA area and how do you plan on achieving that?

For e.g current age 30, retire at 55 years of age with x million CAD while staying in GTA and gross household income currently is 230k.
Plan to invest x CAD per month into assets assuming a return of y%

Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.
