I wanted to try companies which pays 30L base minimum. How much does Amazon offers for SDE2 and SDE3 role?

Figure out who will be handling the mattress/stepping in during your absence. Begin transitioning the work to those people.
I had a meeting with my supervising attorneys around 32 weeks pregnant and began looping in other associates on matters shortly after that meeting. I really started pushing off work around 36 weeks because (1) there was a real chance that I'd go into labor early and (2) I was too exhausted to put in good work at that point
One of my pre- maternity leaves was like this because the partner I worked with didn’t have a lot of help. I just consistently reminded him that I would be OOO soon without any advance notice and kept a word doc that I updated daily the last month with status/other info that would be needed to pass off. Also make sure other people are copied on EVERYTHING. I figured it was their choice to keep me super busy and working and the result be a much messier transition for them. Once I was out… I just sent the word doc I had been keeping up to date and never logged back in until my leave was over.
Meet with your supervising attorney and tell them whoever is covering for you will start being copied on everything because you will be leaving soon. Also meet with the covering atty if you want to. Keep a running doc or one note with what you’ve done on your matters and what need to be done, and share a live copy with the covering atty if you can.
