I am deep diving in all the theoretical concepts namely
App startup, activity and fragment lifecycle, app heap dump, profiling, threading, scheduling, services, view model and saved state handle.
I got know it will also be functional coding round (domain based). Requesting guidance for a more promising preparation and inputs on what sort of coding might be there.

Was lowballed and don’t want to play catch up for the rest of my life. What is the best timing & ways to ask for a raise? Or should I exit to correct my mistake. Happy to dm with my specific info

I have recently received an offer letter from Finicity - MasterCard company. My job role is the Senior technician support role with Level 8.

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

I’m a junior and I have the opportunity to join the employment and benefits group as a specialist. The alternative is VC/M&A.

I’m under the impression that joining the EB group will still give me decent exit ops, has more manageable workflow (less unexpected dumpster fires like in deal-work), and a somewhat better WLB because of my previous point.

Any disagreement/any other things I should consider before deciding?

Is applying a few days before the “Apply by” date too late? Do most decisions get made early on/they don’t wait for all applications before interviewing/hiring?
