Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Hi all, I joined as a traine in devops engineer 1 yr back. My LPA was 1.2. after 1 yr Now I have a LPA of 3.2.
I have no developer background. I joined just after college at that time. Now I have experience with major devops Technologies. even after 1 year of devops I am still confused if I should follow this way or learn development like my classmates who earnings more than my current LPA in their first year.
