Got 3 referrals to BCG, does it make a noticeable difference compared to 1 for interview selection?

Been job hunting for 4 months now. I don’t wanna say I did everything, but I certainly did everything in my scope. Tailored my resume to job applications, did some networking, worked on getting some referrals, is there anything else I could do? I’d be happy to share my resume with anyone who’s willing to refer me for a business analyst/biz ops analyst/strategy analyst/revenue management analyst roles. I’ve been doing some interviews but I almost never pass to the final stage…help!

How did you break into Product management ?

I’ve been applying to Associate Product Management roles for 2 years(over 400 applications), and only got 3 interviews .

I’ve worked as an Operations M, Sn Sales representative and recently a Project M.

I’ve done side projects , tailored my resume, connected with recruiters , for all that time I’ve been expanding my knowledge, getting Google UX design certification and Product Management specialization courses .

2 years later, I’m still looking.

M trying to get a job in pharma company since I got my work visa in jan , 2022 . I had my experience in India . Here m kind of fresh as no experience because of which even though I have all qualification for a job m not even landing up in an interview . Did MD pharmacology , certification CCRP and patient safety but no one is even short listing . I wanted to get into pharmacovigilance . Can anyone help or suggest !!! It’s really discouraging and frustrating .

How do you tell a company that you have upcoming in-person interviews for, that you want to withdraw from the process? Did some more research and it doesn’t sound like a good place to be at.

Interviewing for an assistant underwriting job, I meet all requirements except for knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. I minored in forensic science so I’m familiar with medical terminology/anatomy but unsure if this will make or break my interview, they might be looking for medical professionals? Position has been up for over a year as they are unable to find a qualified candidate. Any advice?

Was offered an IR job after my interview and wanted to see how competitive the pay is. 40/hr base + 10k sign on bonus for 2 year commit and of course on call pay, etc... The area is Atlanta, GA. From what I have looked up, it seems to be fairly average since I have no IR experience but have been a Stepdown nurse for several years. I know the southeast in general pays less.
