Hello all, I am currently working at EY India as a SCon in the risk advisory service line post my MBA. I have 2 offers in hand please suggest.
YOE - 2 years 9 months
PwC SDC - Senior Associate 1 - 17 LPA fixed plus 2.5L joining bonus woth 18 months lock in. Permanent wfh.
Deloitte India - Deputy Manager - 17LPA foxed no joining bonus. Chennai location.
Any suggestion would help. My joining dates are approaching faster.

Hi, I am being offered 27L + 2L Variable for Manager (M1) at KPMG India. Will I also be eligible for year end performance bonus? Or is variable pay the only amount that I’d be eligible for?

No brainer ZS. Also a ZS to Iqvia jump is the easiest thing in the world (the pick up anyone who wants to voluntarily or forcefully leaves ZS) so you can do it any day. 😂

True take the AP role at IQViA Zs is growing so post 24 months see if AP role is open at Zs. ZS does hire AP directly then try to get into ZS as AP. You'll have the tile prestige comp and list go on.

If you don't have the title you don't have it...think about it this if ZS M then you have to climb twice however of AP then one jump to P which one will you choose even if compensation is off by 20K a year...think through it

Where are you located? In North America, I don't often hear great things about IQVIA. In Europe, I understand that they do well.
I don't dig into it often. I usually hear "they're cheaper" or "they bundled with data"

I turned down IQVIA AP-role and the Partner told me I’m welcome any time I change my mind. If ZS is a better fit for you, take it and rest assured the jump to IQVIA will always be there. Good luck!

My AP offer was around 250k base and WLB isn't too bad
